1. Quotation / Price
The special offered prices from Super Silver are quoted directly by factory. All prices are quoted in USD net F.O.B Bangkok, Thailand ( Free on board in Bangkok) Regarding to our quotation, the validity time of our quotation will be within 7(seven) days only. We require the range of ring size: the size of 50, 52, 54, 56, 58,and 60. The prices would be increased by 15 % (fifteen percent), if the sizes of ring are above 60 or 9 in U.S. Surcharge may be added if the price of silver rises significantly. We reserve the right to make any changes of our prices without prior notice.

2. Place of order
Minimum order of USD 3,000 is required for each purchase order. A minimum quantity of 50 (fifty) pieces/ pairs per color of each style or SKU.One style or a SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) features the same gems type, texture, plating color, regardless of size. Minimum quantity of 20(twenty) rings per size assortment is required for each style or SKU. The sample order will be supplied to only frequent customer. A minimum sample order of 12(twelve) piece/pair per color of each design is required. Sample order normally is not varied size and non refundable.

3. Packing
Standard packing is 1 piece/pair individually in a poly bag by style in one bulk pack. Special packing needs additional labor charges USD 0.60 / dozen which exclude other expenses of special packing such as cards, label and barcodes etc. If any full instructions of special packing, it should be made in order sheet.

4. Payment Term
We request for 30% deposit of the grand total amount in purchase order, which is required in format of cash or T/T (wire transfer).
The total balance of 70% will be made the full payment by T/T before sending the merchandise.

5. Production Period
Approximately production time takes 6 - 8 weeks depending on the production process of each design. The goods will be produced after we receive your 30% deposit. We will inform you for any updated production time in order to reach your expected market planning. Regarding to the finished quantity of each item, please kindly note that it might be less or more than your quantity, but not over 10% of order.

6. Your own design
We are most welcome of all our customer exclusive design with the minimum order is 100 pieces/pairs for a style or SKU 30% deposit is also required before production. Buyer might be responsible to pay for a new mold, approximately USD30 - USD80. Your unique design is exclusive protected by our company to ensure that unauthorized person has got to your design.

7. Shipment
Form of shipment may be arranged on customer’s requirement or mutual agreement between buyer and Super Silver. We serve a shipment made by FEDEX, UPS and DHL with all charges to the account of customer or prepaid at Bangkok, Thailand. All carries available are for F.O.B Bangkok, Thailand, therefore, buyer is responsible for shipping, handing and insurance, However, for your convenience, we will arrange those things by charge your cost. Any special arrangement regarding to shipment, should be specified at the order sheet.

8. Return Policy
Customers are bounded to duty of quality inspecting once merchandises arrive at port of destination. The company only guarantees money return once receives information within 15 days that merchandises arrive to destination. The company shall have no obligation if information is not given in advance of merchandises return.

9. Important remark
Order confirmation is on customer’s duty to review and audit before start production. After we receive confirmation from you, we will strictly follow details as stated in order confirmation and the order cannot be cancelled .If customers have cancelled some items or the whole order, we reserve a right to collect the deposit from customers.
